Easy, Quick Breakfast Muffins
1 dozen eggs
1/4 cup water
2 cups ground beef or turkey
1 large onion
1 cup spinach
2 bulbs garlic
1 green or red pepper
1/2 cup cheese (optional)
Dash salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray muffin tin with olive or canola oil.
Brown the beef or turkey in a pan.
Mix eggs until fluffy.
Chop vegetables to preferred consistency.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350 for 20 mIn or until golden brown
